Returns

You may return unused and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in their original condition, with all hardware and packaging included.

Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged on arrival, we will replace it free of charge.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
