• All orders are handmade to order.

• Standard processing time is 3–8 business days before dispatch.

• If we have items in stock, we may ship within 1–2 business days.

• For large or custom orders, processing may take longer. We will inform you in advance.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• We ship across the EU and internationally.

• Typical delivery times:

  • Germany, Austria, Netherlands: 3–6 business days after dispatch

  • Rest of EU: 4–8 business days after dispatch

  • International: 7–14 business days after dispatch

• Shipping times may vary depending on destination and courier.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.

• Orders above a certain value may qualify for discounted or free shipping (as displayed at checkout).

Order Tracking
